Sales Policy:

• Supply against confirmed order/Purchase orders.
• Terms of payment of bill shall be immediate against supply. Unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Product replacement against manufacturing defects reported during warranty period. Replacement shall only be in kind free of charge.
• Products once sold will not be taken back otherwise than for reasons (3) above.
• Taxes to apply as per rates prevalent at the time of supply.
• Delivery of goods shall be on F.O.R Destination process.
   

Warranty:

• One year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Defects due to incompetent handling shall not be entertained as manufacturing defects.
• Warranty Any Item which is found to be defective, because of material or poor craftsmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
